Share Your Reflections

Once a month we engage in 30 minutes of Concentration guided by Vivekji. Then throughout the month we engage in Collaboration, or practice. This is what makes the entire month most contemplative. Share your reflections and observations on the Reflection Adventure of the Month below!

Picture is worth zillions of words… Silence within resonates one’s oneoness in and around when the contemplator, the contemplated upon and all those contemplating are united in contemplation.

Although I have not practiced mauna for 50 minutes at a time recently, I know the importance of doing so; hence it has been and will continue to be a daily goal, just as Meaningful Mornings. I find that I always feel better…I am more content when I do so. I AM. Thank you for this RAM.

RAM for February 2022
Practice 50 minutes of mauna everyday.

brahmaṇi ādhāya karmāṇi

Our Meaningful Mornings Application for Jan28 was Memorize SBGv8-10
i realized that i was able to do so almost a month after Silence #13; only when i took time to let go doership/deservership(identification with body, mind and intellect). The moment i connected back with s e l f SBGCh5verses8-10 got into space within.

Deep practice of complete rest with mauna i.e. shutting the mouth opened the mind with space to quietly focus and absorb the message in SBGv8-10 and establish connection with the real Self within & without.

Negativity drains us. Just like the leech ones Ego makes one feel one as an exception and miss out the positive potentiality of ones own normal and natural ID.

SBGv5.10 tells me that just like the lush evergreen lotus leaf i am designed to repel (not absorb) negativity (excessive water) and it has normalized me to BE CENTER at notches up and above

How? Unlearn to be less of an actor 🛑 Stop reacting… SLOW DOWN

SadhanA of 50min mauna everyday is the catalyst to beBE
