During these 3 months, we will turn inward, attune ourselves to Bhagavan’s divine presence within, and to unite as a community in awareness.

We will embrace three practices:
• Challenge: Join Running From the Mind
• Celebration: CommUnity gatherings to celebrate Devi Ganga, the 75th Anniversary of Chinmaya Mission, and our Wellness Worjshop
• Contribution: Supporting an organization devoted to the protecting the Great Lakes and preserving clean water.

Join Running From The Mind

“Running from the Mind” is more than a physical challenge; it is a spiritual endeavor that encourages participants to quieten their minds and deepen their self-awareness. By engaging in long-distance running or walking without external distractions, seekers can focus inward, observing their thoughts and emotions.
