Vision and Inspiration
Stepping Stones is an initiative by the CMN community, guided by Shri Vivek to provide consistent, accessible, and engaging spiritual guidance for middle school students (Grades 5-8) and their families. Inspired by Meaningful Mornings, this offering began in 2025, providing uniquely tailored to support children during one of the most formative and dynamic stages of their lives. Middle schoolers today are navigating academic pressures, social transitions, emotional shifts and growing independence—often without the values-based support that speaks to their age and experience. Through meaningful content and Vivekji’s heartfelt wisdom, Stepping Stones offers a path grounded in Vedantic values and practical life skills.
New this year: daily inspiration will be offered live! Join us for short, powerful 10-minute messages shared live via Zoom, Monday through Friday from 7:30–7:40 AM ET. Recordings will also be posted on the CMN YouTube page and accessible via YouTube Kids.

Why Stepping Stones?
This program is designed to empower, uplift, and guide young minds through:

How it works
Seekers can join us live via Zoom, Monday through Friday from 7:30–7:40 AM ET for Stepping Stones. If you are unable to join us live, recordings will also be posted on the CMN YouTube page and accessible via YouTube Kids for daily Satsanga.
Live Connection: our monthly live satsang with Vivekji and the Stepping Stones team on the last Thursdays of the month at 8 PM ET.
