The CIF’s Foundation Vedanta Course is designed to introduce seekers to the profound teachings of Advaita Vedanta, to unravel our true identity. This course is a unique opportunity for spiritual seekers, students of philosophy, and anyone interested in understanding the deeper truths of life to learn and apply Vedantic principles in daily living.

Structured Curriculum: The course covers foundational Vedantic texts such as:

  • Upanishads:  Aitareya-upanisad, Isavasyopanisad, Mandukya-upanisad, Taittiriyopanisad, Kathopanisad
  • Bhagavad Gita  
  • Basic Foundational Texts:  Atmabodha, Bhaja Govindam, Drg Drsya Viveka, Vivekachudamani, Tattvavodha 
  • Books authored by Swami Chinmayananda: Kindle Life, Art of Man Making and A Manual of Self Unfoldment, Mediation and Life, Art of Contemplation
  • Books authored by Swami Tejomayananda: Hindu Culture, Meditation A Vision

These texts offer an in-depth understanding of key Vedantic concepts like Atman (the Self), Brahman (the Absolute), Maya (illusion), and Moksha (liberation).
