Giving Young Leaders Direction
Vedantik Leadership Training (VLT) bridges philosophy and practice to cultivate purpose-driven leaders. Led by Shri Vivek Gupta, the year-long immersive experience brought together 26 participants seeking to connect Vedantic philosophy with modern leadership demands. VLT’s vision is fostering sacred confidence, and its mission is cultivating clear purpose, guiding participants toward insightful, resilient, service-driven leadership through coaching, practice, and mentorship.
At the heart of VLT is the belief that leadership is not merely a skill to be learned, but a character to be cultivated. The curriculum drew on the life of Shri Rama, revered as the ultimate embodiment of righteous leadership. Each month, participants explored a virtue exemplified by Shri Rama, including discipline, sensitivity, gratitude, and focus, through masterclasses led by accomplished leaders spanning medicine, business, education, and social service, pairing scriptural insight with real-world application.
Beyond weekly sessions, participants undertook individual service leadership projects, applying what they learned in hands-on, community-focused settings guided by mentors. For many, the training offered more than leadership tools; it fostered lasting friendships and a supportive network built on shared values.
As VLT’s first cohort completed the program in May 2026, participants reported newfound clarity of purpose, greater confidence in their abilities, and a deeper conviction in relating to others, the three pillars the program set out to build. The VLT journey continues with its second cohort, which started in June 2026.
