The Happiness Series is a unique, interactive, virtual Workshop designed for you to feel..well, Happiness!

Over the last 4 years, we have explored various topics such as Living and Life, Cultivating Independence, Organizational Success, and Cheerful Relating.
This year, for our 5th time around the sun, we’ll be diving into: Evolving our Lifestyle.

Using frameworks that are potent and practice-able, Vivekji will provide us with the tools we need to transform our lifestyle into one that is inclusive, integrated, ideal, and Infinite.

On Day 1, we will explore Satsanga (association with nobility) and how when our lifestyles are infused with meaning, we invoke calmness, focus, and inclusivity.

To apply philosophy to practice, we will engage in Dynamics for Space (desha) Management.

We are constantly procuring, protecting, and preserving by being worried.

On Day 2, we will explore Sattva (quietude of mind) and how this quality can be nurtured by invoking integrity in our vision and cheer in our lifestyle.

To apply philosophy to practice, we will engage in Dynamics for Matter (vastu) Management.

Good people feel bad when they do something bad. Great people feel bad when they compromise on their value system.

On Day 3, we will explore Satya (non-compromising) as a means to living ideally, with a still and focused intellect.

To apply philosophy to practice, we will engage in Dynamics for Time (kala) Management.

We all want to be happy, but external articles, beings, and circumstances do not provide the lasting fulfillment we seek.

On Day 4, we will explore Sat (sense of Infinitude, oneness) and how evolving our lifestyle to one that is quiet-calm-still can shift our desires for dependent joy to the realization of independent Joy.

To apply philosophy to practice, we will engage in Dynamics for Living Management.

The Flow of Each Evening:

8:30p ET: Discourse
Vivekji will share insights and practical tips on how to be more inclusive, integrated, ideal, and Infinite in our lifestyles and why this is important for Happiness.

9:00p ET: Dynamics
Participants will have the opportunity to apply learned insights to action through dynamic activities.

Zoom participation is required for an interactive experience.

9:30p ET: Dialogue
Participants will have the opportunity to ask open questions and receive open answers. Vivekji will address questions, concerns, and share further insights on relevant topics each evening.

The Happiness Series is the single most defining point of my year. In it I get a vaccine booster shot for my character that helps keep distractions and vices away, a detox for my mind to fix incorrect thinking, and a dose of nutrients that help me identify who I am and clarity of my purpose in life.
